Voices from the field.Conversations worth your time.

We put the right voice in the room to change what an audience walks away able to do. We help you follow the conversations the field can’t stop talking about.

THREE TOPIC SERIES

Three topic areas. Any audience in the field.

Our latest topics are organized into three named topic series, each grounded in field practice and organized around questions the health sector is actively navigating. You can select by topic and each series contains sample talks that can be adapted for the audience, format, and arc of the event. Custom topics are available for institutional audiences with a challenges that does not map directly to one of the three series.

01

The Production Gap

The health sector's response to harder educational and workforce work has been more knowledge and content, and that response has not closed the gap. This series makes the case that knowledge isn’t often the gap and lays out what closing it requires. Audiences leave sharper about what is holding their own production back and more capable of changing it.

02

Building Defensible Work

Educational work that holds up is built methodically, under scrutiny, with the structural decisions made deliberately. This series describes that process in terms professionals recognize and can apply directly to what they are currently building. Audiences leave more capable of producing work that holds up, not just better informed about the standards it needs to meet.

03

Health Workforce Development

The field of health workforce development is shifting in what it demands of professionals and what counts as rigorous practice. This series takes positions on where it is heading and what the next chapter requires. Audiences leave with a more grounded picture of the conditions they need to build for and a clearer sense of their own role in shaping what comes next.
